Performance appraisals are conducted bi-annually to ensure that the DMG’s succession plan is directly linked to the identification and development of employees with the potential to advance into key positions within DMG.
DMG have a dedicated training division who ensure that each new recruit is put through a thorough induction process. Each new employee is given insight into the company and they are familiarised with company policies and procedures. Regular Skills and Gap assessments are conducted on a quarterly basis to establish and identify training requirements. As a result, internal training courses pertaining to individual requirements are conducted internally on an ongoing basis countrywide. DMG applies the “Train the Trainer” concept whereby DMG utilized individuals internally to assist others with their training needs.
